What on a guy/girl turns you on?

lingerie? little white lace socks? nothing but heels? or do you look at a fully clothed person and get turned on by the thought of wondering what's under them?
 
I like to see a fully dressed woman or girl and think how she looks under her clothes. I then use that to find an approach on how to talk to her as you can get a feel for someone on how they dress and so far it has worked pretty good for me on meeting married women and getting them in bed.
